⚠️ IMPORTANT REGULATIONS

Tips:

• Life vests are available for all guests.
• Wet suits are available.
• Personal lockers are available.
• Dolphina branded towels are available for an extra fee.
• Additional amenities available for an extra fee including photos, videos & souvenirs.
• We recommend you bring an extra change of clothes.
• Swimming suits is a must.
• No two Dolphin Encounters are alike. Each dolphin is unique in personality and enjoys to play in different ways.

Session Rules:

• Kids aged 3 to 10 are considered minors and need a ticket.
• Children (3–10 YO) must be accompanied by an adult (+18 YO) with a full coupon for the companion.
• The use of sunscreens and sun-tan lotions is not allowed.
• No personal cameras, mobile phones, or electronic devices during the session.
• No jewelry or accessories allowed.
• No photos or videos by mobile are allowed inside the dolphin area.

Cairo Swimming Session Notes:

• The session is not private.
• Up to 6 guests can swim with 1 dolphin in the same session.

Ticket & Reservation Policy:

• Reservation cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
• In case of non-attendance, the session will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.

No Show Policy:

• Full charge applies with no refunds.
• Dolphina reserves the right to cancel or amend program content and price without notice.
• Failing to comply with instructions will lead to session cancellation and LIFETIME BAN with NO REFUND.

Dolphina Policy:

• Arriving 30 minutes before your program date and time is a MUST.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
